This sauce starts with a hint of Maple Syrup flavor followed quickly by bold flavors of Habanero Peppers and spices. The use of Olive Oil brings all the ingredients together into a single melange. A mild bitterness is noticeable from the fresh peppers. As the peppers and spices fade a bit, a light saltiness

This sauce starts with a hint of Maple Syrup flavor followed quickly by bold flavors of Habanero Peppers and spices. The use of Olive Oil brings all the ingredients together into a single melange. A mild bitterness is noticeable from the fresh peppers. As the peppers and spices fade a bit, a light saltiness comes forth then followed by Lime. comes forth then followed by Lime.

This puree works well as a dip for vegetables, on top of a burger, or even as a base for other sauces. This puree is predominantly peppers and so the full heat of the Habanero comes through. On a 5-point heat scale, the sauce ranks at a solid 3.5 or higher.
