This hot sauce boasts about it’s balance of flavors. So, how would we describe it? We noticed very light and subtle flavors or Garlic and Onion. Almost imperceptible. The Salt is also gentle but noticed at this point. These are followed by the Vinegar but it’s very mellow adding only minimally to the tartness. Then the flavor of the roasted Peppers comes through. But again, it’s not super powerful. The natural sweetness of the peppers and perhaps the Malt Vinegar follow. Finally, if you really look for it, there is a subtle roasted quality noticed at the end.
Our overall takeaway is that this sauce can add some subtle flavor while certainly not overpowering the flavor of your food. The same goes for the heat. On a 5-point scale this comes in around 1.5 or 2.
