This salsa has a unique flavor due to the intermingling of sweet and tart flavors. Sweet Onions and Brown Sugar add a fairly intense sweetness that is contrasted by the tartness of Vinegar. The peppers and other spices are relatively light in flavor giving this salsa an almost pickled-like taste.
