Isn’t everything better on skewers? Bacon Wrapped Pineapple with Honey Sriracha Dipping Sauce takes barely any time to make and disappear faster than you can say “Sriracha”.

Speaking of which – the Honey-Sriracha Sauce for dipping is a beautiful finishing touch to this appetizer. It’s sweet, spicy, and refreshing, and adds a slightly foreign palate to the overall taste experience. Throw the ingredients in a jar, cover it, and shake until the sauce mixes uniformly.

We assume you’ll be having these as hors d’oeuvres at a cocktail hour. If that’s the case, get the bartender to make you The Spicy Maiden. Containing rum and jalapeno, the cocktail will expand the taste of the pineapple and make you feel like you’re relaxing in the tropics  – and believe us, you’ll be feeling the heat.
