  • 4 diced Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 Cloves chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Tbsps Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 12 oz Ale (Beer)
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • season to taste with Cayenne
  • season to taste with Salt
  • season to taste with Pepper
