Looking for a simple quick and easy dinner that is also delicious? Spicy Mongolian Beef could be a perfect fit. With only six minutes of cooking, it is a great meal after a long day’s work. Be prepared however, the meat does need to marinate!

  • 1 lb thinnly sliced Flank Steak
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Oil
  • 2 Large chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsps White Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
