This is a flavorful spicy chili oil that uses chile de arbol as a base and has bold roasted pepper flavor with smooth smoky notes. It is amazing as a condiment on your favorite foods like eggs, pasta, avocado toast, tacos, quesadillas, stir fry or mixed with mayo. It has a perfect balance of heat and flavor to compliment any dish.

A good chili oil is all about the ingredients that go into it. Spicy Roasted Chili Oil from Chili Beak starts with Sunflower Oil and Toasted Sesame Oil which gives it a lighter, cleaner flavor than some others.
Initially, the dried chiles are toasted to bring out the flavors. Then, ground chiles are adding to the only allowing them to infused the oil with their delicious flavor and heat. All of the chiles are left in the final product, which is great! You get those nice toasty bits of chile spread throughout your food adding heat and flavor. The garlic isn’t super noticeable which is good since chili oil is all about the chiles.
This stuff goes well on any stir-fry, soups, and especially pasta dishes. Our favorite was our White Cheddar Mac n Cheese topped with two fried eggs and topped with Chili Beak Chili Oil.
