Here’s what Corine’s Cuisine has to say about their Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce – No. 10:

All-natural ingredients give this classic hot pepper sauce the perfect balance of heat and flavor. Scotch bonnets ripened under the tropical sun combine with turmeric to create a hot sauce that goes with everything!

Spicy Addict Review

This Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce is a spice forward sauce with strong and delicious flavors. You notice the intense spices of Shallots, Garlic, and Turmeric first immediately followed by the tanginess of the Apple Cider Vinegar which gives it a citrusy quality. Flavors of Salt and the heat of and flavor of Scotch Bonnet Peppers then follow.

This sauce is about bold tangy flavors and spice. It will stand up to other strong flavors. We tried this sauce on lamb and it was delicious. But really it goes well on a whole list of meats and vegetables. It has a medium heat that gets stronger on the grill or in the oven.

Here’s our Flavor Profile Breakdown in order of flavor occurrence.
