“Pineapple Habanero” is a universal hot sauce that can be enjoyed by most anyone. The Habanero pepper and fresh Pineapple create a cool, sweet taste that elevates in warmth from bite to bite. Think of fish tacos, chicken, and most definitely pizza! We do caution going all in with this one. Similar to a good time, you may get lost in the experience and forget your adding heat to every bite!

This is a lighter sauce with flavors that are distinctive without overpowering your food. First comes the prominent flavor of the Pineapple with it’s citrus/sweet quality. The sweetness lingers a bit but it’s a natural sweetness from the Pineapple itself. Then the bold flavor and heat from the Habaneros rush forward. Finally, a subtle hint of Garlic and Onion round out the flavor profile. This sauce does contain Vinegar, but it’s so well balanced we couldn’t pick it out from the stronger citrus and weet flavors of the Pineapple.
Try this sauce with some tender pork or roasted chicken, or even with a nice white fish.
